tak prvni posila...Filip Novotny do brany...proč ne...co jsem četl tak ho moc chteli do jihlavy kdyz jim nevyšel Honzik...tak snad se nenecha zkazit tim trenerem poklekavaču
Filip Novotný ( http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=26336 ): He played not really many matches in the last seasons... Was he injured in any way/time? His size is smallish like all our other goalies... Do we only have left two goalie-gears in the same size? ;-)
I think David Honzík would have been stronger, he had a valid contract - so it was a mistake to let him go. This substitution does not change it was a mistake to let David Honzík go.
EDIT: One came from, one has gone to Sparta Praha - was it a one for the other trade?
No, upřímně řečeno, měli jsme tady i horší posily.
There were worse substitutions, I agree... But: For me it is all about the lines of the developments on the positions in the team. ;-)
For example, the position of the "right-shooting defender": Once we had Ondřej Němec - a talented, young player. And then? With whom he was substituted? Sometimes there was even none, but all in all the line of development was: Ondřej Němec -> David Nosek -> Václav Benák. What kind of development do you see? I see this: Excellent, forward-looking -> good -> "all better than him".
Now we had an excellent talented young goalie, the line of development begins: David Honzík (again: who had a valid contract as he said) -> Filip Novotný (who is older, smaller,...) -> ...?
Building a successful team is not substitute players on the positions in the direction to the worst case!
Takze zokej vymenil Dvorku s Honzikem za Novotnyho. :-) Sparta nechtela platit tabulku, tak se udelal kseft. :-)
And we took the short straw, again.
EDIT: It is all about taking the right attitude and position, and making the right contracts. If you take the weak end - you are weak. I hope our officials learn their lessons soon.

No jasně víš snad o někom jiném kdo by položil hokej u nás na lopatky?
Bohužel, ano. Celá maminka...
Jiří Kalous: "Nemyslím si, že by mezi námi a Rusy byl nějaký rozdíl v rychlosti bruslení."
